I forgot my portal password. How do I reset it?

Takes about two minutes, and you don't need to talk to anyone.

Steps

You'll need access to the email address on your Versaweb account. The reset link goes there.

1. Go to https://noc.versaweb.com and open the sign-in page.
2. Click the forgot password link under the sign-in form.
3. Enter the email address on your account.
4. Type the characters shown in the image (the captcha).
5. Click the button to send yourself the link.
6. Open the email we send, titled "Reset your portal password", and click the link in it.
7. Choose a new password and save it.
8. Sign in with the new password.

If you're already signed in and just want a new password

1. Open Settings from the account menu, then Account details.
2. Choose the password option and fill in your old password, your new password, and the new password again.
3. Click Save changes.

If it didn't work

• No email within a few minutes? Check spam, and make sure you typed the address registered on the account, not another one you own.
• Link doesn't work? Request a fresh one; only the newest link is reliable.
• Didn't ask for a reset? Ignore the email. Your current password stays as it is.
• Still locked out? Write to us from the address on file, or open a ticket from another account contact, and we'll help you verify who you are.
